「This is the second time we have stayed at the Grand Dunes. We were there one year ago, liked the property and returned this year. It had an old time style from the lobby to the rooms. This year we found the room to be quite neglected. The items we noted were as follows: The shower door would not close and had about a 6" gap. The iron had the pointed end broken completely off. 「The water parks and pools were nice. But the rooms weren't exactly worth paying the price. It's almost better to just get a hotel room near an actual water park. My kids did thoroughly enjoy the water parks and pools though.」

「The area we stayed in was great and the owner of the property decorated it so eclectic and cute. I do want to clarify the cleaning crew did a great job on the condo but the deep clean such as furniture that has stains on the arms and also a picture on the wall has food splattered on it that would need to be cleaned in more detail detail by the owners/additional cleaning service. The view is absolutely spectacular! The check-in was all done by instructional email/text. A little confusing on...
