“Very clean property and amazing staff. The room felt rustic but very well maintained. There is some noise that could be heard from other guests, but this was expected for the type of property. The property is in a very quiet area with minimal traffic, and some great views a short walk away. Be aware that there is little to no dining or shopping in Queenston, so we had to travel elsewhere for amenities.”

“We stayed here for one night, and overall it was an okay experience. The location was convenient, and the room itself was comfortable. However, there were a few issues that should be addressed. The carpet was quite dirty, some of the electrical switch plates were broken, and the shampoo dispensers in the bathroom were empty. There were also no complimentary water bottles in the room, which was disappointing, especially during the summer, as it’s something many guests expect. With better……

“Too many hiding fees, no fee list transparency and they don’t clearly show it to people before you book it. Parking fee, ( more expensive than public parking) deposit fee for nothing, and even clean fee after you check out. Very stupid rule and terrible service. Stupid check in and out time so DO NOT come here. ”

“Everything was great but there fridge had no were to plug in so all my food went bad and I went to front desk and it took 30 minutes just to get any help”

“The toilet paper box is broken, there is no shower head in the bathroom, and the hair dryer wasn't working and can't be used. Quadruple room only provides towels for two people. ”
