「Beautiful castle building, free coffee at the reception, staff are very friendly and helpful. They even offered me a ride to the train station when the next train was coming within half an hour. Overall it’s a very pleasant stay. 」

「Great location, nice bar and restaurant, room was nice but the city view room overlooks fishing warehouses which can be noisy both mornings between 3 and 4 am we were woken by Lorrie’s this isn’t mentioned in room description, would stay again but would only book a room with sea views」

「Their system was down but they did a great job checking people in despite the circumstances. Room was clean but smelled musty however did not see any source for the mustiness. Elevator was scary! It definitely needs some repair. Second floor ice machine had no ice and third floor machine was leaking all over the floor. As with most hotels, hot water dispenser tastes like stale coffee….i wish they would designate one canister for water only.」
