「I arrived on a Sunday and had sent a message several days before to say that I would like an evening meal. I went to the dining area at 8pm only to be told that the kitchen had closed for the evening so I was unable to get anything to eat that evening although I was offered crisps. On arrival I was told that the bar would be open until late so I assumed that I would be able to get a bar meal up until about 10pm. 「staff dissapear from behind the bar (the place they use as reception, serve drinks and take food orders) for an age. After waiting five minutes without seeing a soul, I pushed open the door into the kitchen to request some assistance, if available. A waitress finally appeared and rudely shouted at me to get out of the kitchen. I tried to explain that no one had been present at the bar/reception for along time hence the need and she ignored me completely shouting again to get out of the kitchen....
