Greg's hospitality beats most large hotel concierge service. The apartment is truly amazing, beautiful, and clean. The surrounding areas are a true nature lovers dream!”

“First timers to St Augustine and had a great time. Our VRBO was in a GREAT location and was very roomy. Parking was provided and convenient and the unit was actually bigger and better than expected. Within walking distance of everything but quiet at night. Nice roomy bathroom and full size washer and dryer. Only had one complaint and but it is a big one. The bed is incredibly uncomfortable. It is a king size bed but it didn’t have enough support under the box springs so it has too much sag and……

“The interior of the property was very nice. Loved the kitchen. However, the exterior was a mess and unfinished looking. Also, could hear the neighbor upstairs, very loudly, and the dog too. It felt invasive as we were going for quiet privacy.”

“The property location and cleanliness were exceptional.It was stocked with everything you need while away from home. The small back yard is beautiful and worked well with dogs. The only negative was the bathroom door that is a poorly designed barn door and does not allow much privacy, especially in such a small space. Otherwise super nice and would be a 5 rating.”

“We loved the accommodation, our only complaint was a distinct smell of someone having smoked in the room. We are ex smokers so I told management we were OK with it, but wanted to make them aware we weren’t the culprits, and not to charge us the $250 fine for smoking, but now I’m home I realize our clothes smell of smoke. Other than that minor problem it was a perfect little getaway place”

“Property was nice and the pool was nice. It was very clean. It just didn’t have TVs or decoration or porch chairs. It was a just an apartment with two beds essentially. Also, didn’t have enough bathing towels. ”
