“The one bedroom cottage was a comfortable stay for us. The size was good for us and it was very clean. Just about everything needed was available. The location was very convenient for the places we wanted to visit. It was surprising private considering it was really located in a neighborhood. We stayed in the fall so we didn't take advantage of the waterfront for swimming/boating. The small porch was nice. Communication was great, it was easy to get into the cottage. “Kid-friendly? I believe as long as they’re supervised it would be great. Our accommodations were comfortable, the views were breathtaking and very peaceful. Just what we were looking for!! “We had a great week! The house is wonderful. Very very clean and we really appreciated the thoughtful layout and impressive use of space. It was perfect for our family! The driveway down to the house is steep (as noted in the description)with switchbacks but once you’ve navigated it, it is not a problem. Great location - close to town.”

“This is our third time at this property and we had another great week! Good location and great lakefront. There are some steep steps to the water but a lot of space for chairs on the dock and a nice shoreline to walk into the water. 2 remodeled bathrooms and kitchen have elevated the property since the first time we stayed. Karen is a great host and was responsive to our needs during our stay!”

We booked this property and then suddenly there was a maintenance issue. One message said it was electrical and another said ot was a water problem. But not to worry!
