“Pros: I very much enjoyed the location. It is walkable to just about everything you could possibly want to do in the area, including but not limited to: a nice beach with volleyball nets, many shops, MANY fine art galleries, food spots, dessert spots, walking trails, and more. The location feels generally very safe and although the parking was a bit tough to locate, no issues at all once I knew where to pull in. “A gem of a home. The location can’t be beat and I really appreciated that this cottage is clean and bright. It is pretty bare bones as far as extras ( no ice maker or trays to make ice, no wine opener (although I added one), I did not find an iron or extra pillows so I bought a couple and added to the house). There are plenty of bath towels and beach towels ( no beach chairs ) and two coffee makers and plenty of coffee. My adult son went to use the hot tub but it was turned off so we figured the……
