"I booked a king-size room with a balcony and breakfast included through Expedia. The hotel gave me the room I booked, but the room was not functional.
The air conditioning was not working, and there was no hair dryer in the room. Around two o’clock in the morning, I woke up sweating because the room was extremely hot.
I called the front desk because I could not sleep in a room with no working air conditioning. Instead of fixing the problem properly, they offered to move me to a downgraded room with two small beds, which was not what I paid for.
The manager, Ryan, treated me extremely badly at two o’clock in the morning. He was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. His attitude was basically: take the downgraded room, accept a fifty percent discount, or leave. He acted like because I booked through Expedia, it was not his problem.
This was completely unacceptable. I paid for a king-size room with balcony and breakfast, but the room had no working air conditioning and no hair dryer. The only solution offered was a much worse room with two small beds. The way the manager handled the situation was disgusting.
One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I would not recommend this property."
