「Good size unit. Shower head didn’t stay where you put it. We could have used an extra card to get in the unit. AC never got to set temp.」

「Great location!」

「Very easy to find, and close enough for a short walk from the train station. very clean room and very comfortable bed. A great variety of breakfast options including several freshly baked items. Mariella was very quick and responsive to any questions I had. I would stay again if I am in Palermo.」

「Our flight was delayed I was I formed that I missed check in hours and would be charged an additional fee for an evening check in. We stayed 4 nights, no clean towels, the shower drain overflowed and nobody ever around to call. There are no lights in the hallways or stairwell. We would walk in the pitch dark with the flashlights from our phones. Next to our room was a night club that the party went on all night. Just as you fall asleep the recycling truck comes by every morning and you are woken...

「Palazzo Achates was perfect for us! It is in the center of old town on a quiet street and has been fully renovated with a beautiful modern minimalist design. I booked the last room available which, was described as small, but it was actually quite roomy and lovely. The owner answered all requests promptly and was wonderfully welcoming! He made us feel assured that the keycard entry to the hotel itself would work smoothly at any hour of the night, and it did. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!」

「By far, the best hotel in Palermo. The Teatro Massimo suite was gorgeous. I didn’t want to leave! I had a lot of heavy luggage and traveling solo and the staff helped me with my bags and did not charge me a late check out fee. The room had everything and even came with a flat iron. lol I was in heaven. Grazie mille per tutti, Rosy!」

「Loved our stay at Ballarooms Experience. The B&B was in a very central position close to Ballaro market and was very comfortable- we even had a sauna in our room! Mariella served a lovely breakfast in her other B&B 5 minutes walk from where we were staying.」

「Almost impossible to find, the directions were very poor and very misleading. The advert gives the impression that the restaurant is at the property but it is in a different location entirely. The check in process was not smooth, there was nobody at the property at check in time and didn’t reply to messages, we had to call the number given and had to self check in」

「Super helpful owner and perfect location. 」

「there is major construction on the building. spectacular view of the ocean.」
