“The refrigerator and couch in the pictures are not what's in the Condo. However, the replacements are fine. This Condo has everything you need for a long term stay. We stayed 3 weeks to feel out being snow birds. We're returning next year for a longer extended stay. The bonus of having a washer and dryer in the Unit is great. Kim, the manager, is 5 stars. Have a problem ... call Kim ... you no longer have a problem. The furniture on the patio allows you to see the million dollar view. The……

“Can't recommend it enough. Very pleasant to be able to stay in a place like this.”

“This is my 3rd time at this condo. 2nd floor with a great view of thr water. The condo has everything you need. Owner is very easy to deal with . See ya again in December ”

“The physical property was OK, but doesn’t comfortably accommodate as many people as listed. Master bedroom sliding doors don’t actually close and lock, leaving a gap that’s not great for privacy. “The inside of the condo is very well kept. Looked to be new and very comfortable furniture. The kitchen was very nice with granite countertops. The decor was very cute and beach- they even had a little Christmas tree! The best part of the condo is the wonderful view- just beautiful ”

“This is our third stay with iTrip and as always it was excellent. Clear communication, ease of flexibility, great property. We will continue to use iTrip for our travel needs in the future.”

“The condo is very cute and and has a wonderful balcony water view that feels pretty private even though the building complex is somewhat large. The first night we were there we saw such a beautiful sunset. We had everything we needed and the pool was great for cooling off from the July heat. Chris and Jen were quick to respond to any questions, and we had everything we needed, even things we didn't expect to need like clear tape and a small lint roller. Would stay there again if we're ever……
