“Despite having confirmation from both Orbitz and the property, our condo had been double booked to someone else, and we were out of luck upon arrival. Everyone pointed the finger at someone else and we were left to scramble to find somewhere else to stay. This was our first time trying a condo instead of a hotel. Not a great success!”

“Photos are accurate. Its a nice little place Two things immediately struck us one the elevator is slow with zero ventilation. We ended up taking the stairs because the elevator felt unsafe. The second was who ever cleans probably needs to be taught to clean or needs to be replaced. The unit smelt like stagnant fish. Specifically the bathroom. We did a quick clean and kept the bathroom fan running during our stay to make the smell tolerable. Over all it was a nice place”

“My stay at this property was fantastic. The host, Cindy, was extremely helpful. She was a great resource for events going on in the area. I also had a very early morning flight and she was able to grant me an early arrival (granted that the room was ready). The location was a short 15 minute walk downtown (aout a little shy of a mile), I did not cook there but there is a microwave, stove, all the dishes, pots and pans and a gas grill out back. It is an older home, a bit out dated but very……

“I truely enjoyed our stay in this tastefully renovated historic home. It was a very comfortable space that was super clean, close to great amenities and managed well. The entire booking and access process was simple and the management team were great communicators.This will be favorited as one of my go to spots here in Pensacola. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great little place to stay in the area.”
