“Easy access to beach .People in font counter is very friendly. Room is a little small,but clean.”

“My husband and I stayed here once before and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, that is why we returned. We brought our small Scotty dog and were treated so well. The room was beautifully appointed, breakfast was delicious as was the am coffee. We also enjoyed our complimentary wine and chocolates, thank you. We were met by the hostess who joined us for a tasting even though she was expected out for dinner as it was her birthday. The wine tasting and wines were also superb. I can’t say enough……

“We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. We truly appreciated the excellent service and attention to detail throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable experience and would be happy to stay here again.”

“This property was OK in that it is a great location, walkable to Lakeshore Drive restaurants and beach, as well as good access to the KVR bike trails, but is lacking somewhat in customer service, only refilled our coffee and cups once out of the four day stay. Breakfast included was adequate, lots of variety. Wings Restaurant was good, and convenient.”

“All 6 pillows were super thick and big. Couldn’t sleep properly at all. Ended up sleeping without any pillow. ”

“I wasn't told of any internet password when I checked in. So, no internet all night. I checked in at 4 and got key and then had to get to a golf event which started at 5. I was back in room by 9 pm after that golf event and the office was closed by between 8 and 9! Tried to call twice for a couple things (like to know internet password) and zero answers. Left a voice msg and no response even in the am. No security for loudies beside me and when not packed, (pretty empty there), just……

“Room not ready for guests. Missing soap and shampoo. Furniture truly outdated and needs upgrade.”

“This is a clean and functional property. But people need to know the spa facilities are up to $100 and you need to prebook your time slot. We didn’t know in advance. The beach is accessible across the road and quite nice but the road is busy. The rooms have very bright glaring overhead lighting without lamps to soften the feel of the space. But they are clean and functional.”

“Newly renovated , the coffee maker looked like it had never been cleaned. When I arrived there was a note to call to be let in .same when trying to check out the main person was not answering so went there and he wasn’t around was told to just leave my key in the room .. overall there were beds quite hard .. and ac and mini fridge so everything we needed”

“Lovely location right on the beach. Quiet back bedroom. Our coffee machine leaked, but this was a small issue. Loved the coffee shop/bar Sociale at the end of the property!”
