「They do a very good job with the property. A few things would make it a 5 star….Elevator not working and staff didn’t seem too concerned, not an issue with the stairs if you don’t have a pile of luggage! Bathroom fan SUPER loud!! AC unit in the room super loud as well. Those loud noises make it feel like a motel 6. Please fix them!」

「What a pleasant surprise. We booked a stay here as it was a good location and price for what we required, and was dog-friendly. The bonuses were the complimentary wine-tasting and breakfast, neither of which we were expecting. Staff are all lovely and kind and the morning view from bed looking out at the like was divine.」

「We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Our room was newly renovated and was fantastic. Location was great, just off Hwy 97 as you enter into Penticton. Steps away from a private ( quiet) Beach. In our room we had a fridge/ freezer, microwave, coffee maker, dishes,kettle really anything you would need. There is a BBQ for use and plenty of outdoor seating. Ashley the manager was absolutely wonderful. She was so helpful with some needs that we had wanted. I would definitely stay here...

「This was an amazing location! So happy to be here especially for the price. We didn’t know we were getting a kitchen so that was a bonus. We thought we would get a small fridge and that’s it. We had a full fridge and full stove/oven. There was a separate bedroom plus a pull out sofa/bed. It was clean, for the most part. Some yucky dust on trim and I only noticed because I’m hyper vigilant. Most people wouldn’t notice. Plenty of shampoo and tp provided. But not enough towels. There were two of us...

「Did the location, it was an easy 5 star......right in the heart of the action, on the beach. You can't ask for better, especially at a mid week price. The front desk were good as well. However, the room wasn't the room I booked, it was just a connecting piece of a larger room. The bathroom was filthy and the shower head was at the 5 foot level, and at 6'2, that made showering difficult. I can only speak to the room we got, but I'd rate our room at about 2.5. The stairwell was disgusting...

The Beachside Motel is a fantastic place to stay, a classic throwback to a simpler time while still being exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained. 「The shower head was broken and sprayed water everywhere anytime you used it. Otherwise, this place was an awesome place to stay with my two young niece's they had a great time in the pool and the location couldn’t be better. The BBQs were also a really great option so that we could cook our dinners outside. One of the BBQ’s was not working and could use a clean.」
