“It's such a gift to be able to visit Palmaia for the second time. The staff is wonderfully friendly and helpful. The food is hit or miss, but it's so nice there, you won't care that much. “My second time choosing to stay here. It’s now my “go-to” when I come to Cozumel! The front desk reception guy is so friendly and helpful the place has a nice “I’m at home” vibe!
