“I think this place is pretty new. The pros are, rooms were clean, pillows were comfortable, shower was spacious, AC worked well, location was great. The cons were there was no toilet paper in the bathroom upon arrival, a bottle of hand soap not in the bathroom was the only toiletry, the staff took a while to arrive at the check in counter during check in time, you could hear everything from basically every point in this building (i’m talking children screaming, people at the check in counter……

“The receiptionist is great and helpful especially the lady call Jasmine and she is really helpful and suppport in my trip. The food in the morning is great. The location is excellent, very close the bus and train station. As many stairs a in the Venezia and good to stay at the starting point. Also the water bus is pier just next the front door of the hotel. It is very convenience to travel every the main site in Venezia!”

“You have to climb thee flights of stairs every time you go there. The rooms are poorly maintained. The shower looked like somebody had pissed all over the side of it, and was still sitting there. The toilet seat was not hooked on to the toilet. It fell off. The two lights in the bathroom did not work. There was no place in the shower to put your soap or your shampoo. Pillows were harder than brick. The bed was hard. Blanket very light one Super noisy If I could have found a different place I……
