“The property was beautiful and right on the beach. We loved our swim out room. The food was pretty good with a few things needing a bit more flavor/ seasoning but no real complaints. We spent majority of our time at the swim up bars and had a blast. Caesar was amazing as our personal concierge. He made sure we had whatever we needed. “I’m not usually an all-inclusive type of traveler, but this resort was a great fit for us. The property never felt crowded, the beach was wide and relaxing, and we liked having the flexibility to eat only what we wanted instead of feeling tied to buffet meals all day. Service throughout the stay was very good and the atmosphere was calm and enjoyable. The only downside was that there was really only one beachfront restaurant option nearby, Jellyfish Restaurant. “More profesional staff”

“One thing that disappointed me during my stay was the hotel’s visitor policy. Guests were not allowed to have more than one person visit the room at a time, even briefly during the day. I completely understand limits on overnight guests or parties, but this policy felt unusually restrictive and was not clearly disclosed when booking. Had I known beforehand, I likely would have chosen a different hotel.”

“Already wrote a lengthy review. Overall, great staff and food. Needs updates. And also more storage in the showers, shelving or something for toiletries. We had to put our stuff on the floor. They need better anti-slip flooring in the bathrooms. More accessibility for elderly and disabled people. Would stay again, but bring my own anti-slip stuff for the bathrooms.”
