While the property offers fewer activities than expected, our primary concern was the pool area. Without temperature controls, the pool water reaches uncomfortably high temperatures in the afternoon heat. Installing a cooling system would greatly improve the guest experience."

"Great resort the food was pretty good overall. A bit of wait with the “first come first serve”, but the quality of food makes up for it. Customer service was great. My only complaint is that my room did not have hot water for 3 mornings back to back, also I’m not sure why they took away irons and ironing board from the rooms, steamers are not as efficient. Also check out was out 12 and I was a few minutes over and was being rushed out and reminded of a 50$ fee for one hour over."
