He was so patient and our big group tried to decide about dinner reservations and help to make our requests happen. our room was kept very clean and all staff were kind and helpful. "This was a total relaxation haven where you have everything you need within the resort. What made the experience amazing was the staff who seem to actually love their jobs. We want to recognize Luis and Carlos (transportation), Wendy, Octavio, Alejandro, (Servers) Dash (Tonati Beach Club) and Fernando our amazing bartender by the pool who kept our margaritas flowing. Housekeeping was great too! We have not met any of them but you guys were great as well. Thank you thank you thank you and we will definitely be back!"

"The rooms were clean, and the food was good, the staff were all friendly and helpful! Nobody made you feel unwelcome, the entertainment was great! It was my wife’s and I’s fifth wedding anniversary, and it was amazing, it was my wife’s first timeout of country and she was blown away by the resort, the people, the food, and the culture! She shed tears of joy everyday at the beautiful resort and people!"
