“This location was perfect for a quick winter getaway. Located less than a half mile from all the great spots in Portsmouth and with off street parking was so great. The apartment was clean , organized and cozy. Everything from arrival to departure went smoothly and we would absolutely come back!”

“The apartment was located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of downtown. It was the perfect size for a small group of us to stay and be able to walk to shopping and restaurants. We had everything we needed, including a cute little snack area. I would say the only downside was that the building was very old and therefore not soundproofed. So we heard everything the young kids were up to downstairs, quite early in the morning. Still, we’d definitely rent again!”

“It was a last minute mini vacation and we were very happy to find a place on Atlantic Ave. Being off season it was relatively quiet which we were looking for. We rented the 1st floor, very clean, quite spacious, we loved the front sunroom for morning and back sunroom for sunsets. Weather was nice enough for us to sit out back in the afternoon. “We stayed for one night. We were 5 and we fit perfectly for one night. The place has a nice outdoor seating area and we enjoyed it. We were 10 minutes or 15 minutes away from Portsmouth , so it was a perfect spot to stay , on the beach and close to a main city. Safe parking spot and easy walk to the beach.”

“Such a beautiful clean place, and check-in was a breeze! Lovely view, and right across the road from a gorgeous pebble beach. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!”

“The carriage house was comfortable, cozy and in a nice location with a spectacular view. The house is as described online. I would suggest taking your own toiletries and your own bed linens if you have an allergy to scented laundry products. Overall, it was a great place to stay and the owners were accommodating. The friendly little dog, pippa was so sweet and greeted us in the driveway everyday.”

“My husband and I stayed here on Columbus Day weekend. The condo was nice and clean as well as very spacious for 2 guests. The listing is accurate and everything they said would be there was. The only negative was the lack of response to my correspondence asking for a late check out (for a fee), but I never got a response from anyone. Thankfully it wasn’t too important a question. Otherwise, all good and we’d definitely return.”
