“Everything was as stated”

“This property has a number of amazing features that added up to a relaxing and restful stay. There are three bedrooms, two downstairs and one upstairs, each with its own bathroom. The upstairs is the primary living area and it’s open and airy with plenty of seating. There are also three outdoor sitting areas. The upstairs balcony was a favorite to have a coffee to start the day with the downstairs porch swing seeing lots of use later in the day. Of course, being just steps away from the pool……

“The property was clean and neat. We had a difficult time locating the condo. The directions were confusing. I had to call the host contact and she finally helped us find it. The room was very warm- about 81 degrees. There was a thermostat on the wall and I assumed that was the one for the AC unit. Turned out the thermostat was on the chest under the unit. I had to call the property contact again and she set the thermostat and explained that when we left the room for a period of time the AC would……

“Stayed for 3 nights, 2 adults, 2 kids. The village area is great: plenty of shops and restaurants within the center, nice pool area, and free tram to go to the beach about 1mile away. The unit is nice, but a bit tight for 4. There is no balcony in this unit, but only access to one at the end of the main hall. Don't forget to get your condo access early via email. There is no housekeeping service during the stay. There were no sheets/blanket available for our 2 nights, and towels never……
