“We didn't dine here but the menu looked good. The bar had a great selection and the drinks were good. There is a bus stop at the end of the street so easy to get around. We loved our room. It was very spacious. If you have troubles with stairs be sure to ask for a ground floor room as there isn't an elevator. One of the reasons we booked here is because it said there was a pool, but the pool wasn't open and the staff was clueless about it. Kept saying maybe tomorrow.”

“Breakfast is really good although choices are limited even on Christmas day. Room is small considering the hotel is located quite a remote location in suburb London and there is rare public transport going there.”

“everything is good and comfortable except for the lift, which could not be operated by the room key card. Instead, the hotel staff needs to use their card to operate one of the lifts. ”

“Exceptionally good. Ice maker in corridor. Coffee machine in room. Bed was so comfortable. You will have everything you need in room. Free in house car park also safe and convenient for traveler. Breakfast served hot and with buffet table.”
