“Not clean ”

“The Abbey Resort and Spa was spectacular! The staff from the front desk, restaurants, bars, spa, activities, security and cleaning were always helpful, considerate and attentive. Their communication via text messages and email to me before I arrived and during my stay kept me well informed. They have something very special here! I'll tell all my friends about the Abbey. I'll definitely return as well. Please keep the light on for me. 😉”

“Our room was cold. The heater, although, was turned to 80C, never got warm. There wasn't a breakfast. The closest attached restaurant was closed M-W. Our room flooded from the storm. The bathtub whirlpool jets shot out some black gunk into the bathtub. There wasn't a desk in the room to some work on my laptop. Highboy chair was too uncomfortable. Needed an ottoman for the couch. Our room wasn't stock with forks and spoons. Only a couple of knives. We were hoping to at least get flowers on our……

“The staff were so friendly, and the location was perfect as well, only 10 mins walk to the lakeside. But the pity thing is they dont privde breakfast ”

“Great service. Only complaint would be on the pillows. They were too thick and they didn't have other sizes to spare, but hardly an issue and not something I would expect. It definitely will not stop me from returning. We enjoyed our stay!”
