"The property was pretty standard. The rooms are a bit older and have been well used over time. Clean for their condition. The location of the hotel had a significant amount of homeless individuals on the same block with the main street, Dundas, being fairly dirty and smelling predominately of urine. The hotel experience was average but I would express caution in terms of the location."

"Swimming pool was lovely and well patrolled by life guards. Restaurant was good. Staff pleasant. Food good."
