“Although we didn’t get to enjoy the property very much it was really beautiful. The lake views are gorgeous. The suite is private and just as described. Really comfy bed, nice towels, coffee and coffee supplies. Dawn is really nice and we talked to her a couple times while we were there. We didn’t need anything but if we did she was very accessible and the communication was great. We would definitely stay there again if in the area. When you get there you will be greeted by two or three huge,……

“This hotel is very nice. We stayed for one night to meet up with family. 2 kids and 2 adults. The room had an accessible bath since I'm 8 months pregnant and it helped so much. The room was very clean and spacious. My husband and I went down for coffee at night and grabbed a snack from the kiosk. They have a pool table and quiet areas for reading or working. They also had hot chocolate as well which I enjoyed. Staff was very friendly. Definitely will stay here again if we come into town again. ”

“The smell when you open the door hits like a wall. Overwhelming air fresheners to cover the lingering underside of urine. There were plug ins and sachets in every room so sleeping was difficult. There were holes in the walls, very few towels. There were toenails on the central bathroom rug. After being told in the rules that the neighborhood had a “quiet after 10” rule that if we were disruptive we would be removed by the authorities, we arrived to the neighbors having a loud party in their……

“Was not told at check-in that no maid service would be provided unless requested. Bath trash had not been emptied at check-in. No sign on door to request service nor do not disturb. Excellent breakfast options.”
