「This is our 3rd year renting this place for our anniversary stay and we will continue to look for it every year. The location is walkable to breweries and eateries, and very close to central NoDa. It’s always clean and nicely decorated. The bed is so comfortable. Communication with management is great. This place is a little gem. 」

「Everything was just as described. Very clean. It is a garage apartment and as one of the previous reviewers said, there are 26 steps but if you eat like we do when visiting family or on vacation, you need to be climbing those 26 and maybe more. My wife and I are 78 years old, we stayed 3 nights and had no issues. Will definitely stay here again.」

「Dirty, un-welcoming space, mold in the bathroom and it smelled. Rough bath towels. It appears that the host cares more about their bank account than their guests. Would not recommend this VRBO and won’t stay here again. 」

「Wonderfull neighborhood with many shops and restaurants nearby. Uptown Charlotte was a quick 14 minute drive. 」
