“Jeff's place is absolutely stunning! It's cleaner than places that don't allow dogs and is very well furnished. At the time we stayed there was no internet or television but seriously, you won't miss those. When you drive in you're not just pulling up from the road into a driveway, you're driving onto a small resort - through a gate that's well off the main road, past what looked like a boat house, around a roundabout, past a pole shed (game house), through a larger parking lot into the smaller……

“My family really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and well stocked with supplies. The large fenced in yard was awesome. We brought our small dog and she enjoyed running around the yard. The house was roomy for the eight of us!The short ferry boat ride to Jamestown and Williamsburg was great and the children enjoyed it.The host was quick to respond to any questions or requests.Overall, we enjoyed our stay here!”

“Great views of the James River. Property had everything we needed. Located near all the attractions we wanted to see. Weather was great the first couple of days. We saw eagles near the property. Used the ferry to travel back and forth to the tourist areas. Interesting. Overall, an enjoyable and relaxing stay. ”

“It was a beautiful home with lots of space and outstanding views. We could watch the tide come in and the ducks and vultures - who are very entertaining! Everything was very clean. I was disappointed that the gas fireplace didn’t work, but we were so tired when coming back from Williamsburg that we hardly noticed! We will be back! Thank you for everything!”

“唯一的優點是房間很大，房內設施比較老舊，我們連住3晚，不會有每天清潔服務，浴巾也不會每日更換（如果要換浴巾需要加錢），早上10點退房（房卡10點失效，但是之前沒有告知，我們差點被鎖在門外），退房前需要自己把所有使用的餐具放到洗碗機內清洗，垃圾需要自行拿到外面的垃圾收集區域丟（這地點也沒有事先告知），退房前30分鐘我們一直在做家事收拾…… 基本上，我們下次是不會再考慮住這”
