“We loved our stay at Serenity Glamping. Our accommodation was the "Lodge" which has a kitchenette and 3 bedrooms. I recommend the Lodge because the restaurant on site is VERY expensive so it is nice to be able to have your own food/drinks at your site. The Lodge was very private and wonderful! Only steps away from the beautiful XpuHa beach. :) ”

“This resort is the adult only section in a large property that contains four resorts called the Palladium group. It is marketed it as an adult only resort, but we saw a good amount of kids the entire time. The room was the best part about our stay, they even serviced our room twice a day. The property was quite picturesque, almost too large. It’s about a 30 minute walk to the beach, which I find pretty ridiculous. “This place was sublime - beautiful garden and natural pool, roomy huts with screened porches, lovely helpful owner, just a few kilometers from Akumel beach and 30 km from Tulum ruins in a quiet, out of the way location. I’m sorry I was only staying one night. ”

“I am really not sure why/how this hotel is rated exceptional, but it is far from it! It is totally outdated and bathroom is terrible. The hotel was deserted (not sure why), the beach was small and rocky; TV didn’t work and is a super small; AC either blasted high or low and the controls didn’t work. Even despite being given the best room in hotel, these were issues. Saving grace was view of ocean from room, but low value for the high price! Disappointed!!”

“This resort was amazing. It was like they had thought of every detail. The whole resort was immaculately clean inside and out. The pools the beaches were gorgeous with tons of seating. There was a sargassum problem this week, however the resort staff were cleaning it continually and the beach was quite usable in places. “The little cabana has very comfortable bed, ac, kitchenette and hot shower! I think we had the best hot shower during our trip. I love the jungle with the duck. The pool was perfect. It is quiet and super relaxing. The breakfast was amazing, lots of choice! I really recommend this stop far away from the noise!”

“The entire staff at the resort are amazing. Our concierge Gina was very helpful with recommendations for tours off the property, and things to do on the property. Carlos and Dieder from the entertainment team were full of energy and so genuine in their desire to make sure we were engaged and having fun. We enjoyed volleyball, live music, bike ride into Akumal and other shows put on by the entertainment team. There was always something to do if you wanted to be interactive. Jose was our pool……
