“I was disappoint to spend so much money on an all inclusive resort for over 60% of it to be closed. Only one small pool was open. You’re charged for a cabana on the beach, even as a preferred guest. There were several upsells the resort tried to say was included as being a preferred guest. But all it did was give you the opportunity to pay more. My room was clean and gorgeous but very musty/wet smelling. It is hurricane season, so I will give it that. I asked to be placed with the party I was……
“I fell in love with this place. It was just what I needed - rest, relaxation, peace, fun, beauty. The staff was amazing! The food was amazing! The massage was amazing! Everything was amazing and a wonderful escape from my stressful days.”

“Was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Quiet, serene, definitely a vibe worth experiencing. The staff is overly friendly and helpful. If I only had to have one complaint is that while not healthy, the TV doesn't really work because of the poor Wi-Fi. Mostly just for feedback purposes but most people don't want a TV on this type of vacation.”
“Horrible lugar las habitaciones de lo más sucio cucarachas insectos y la playa está llena de zargaso con un olor horroroso que entra alas habitaciones fue como una pesadilla pasar una noche allí el inodoro se tapó al primer uso tuvimos que salir de ese lugar ala mañana siguiente nada es igual a las fotos que están en el anuncio de ese horrible lugar”
