"We had a great time. We relaxed on the beach and by the pool for 4 days. The resort was clean, the room was nice and the staff were friendly. Only complaint is the pillows were too thick and too firm. Everything we enjoyed. "

"We had issues with our first room so we had to change rooms. The issues were our air conditioner would not cool. The safe in our room would not work right We also had a smell in our room that we couldn’t figure out where that was coming from We moved to another room and had the same issue with the AC The staff was great if we couldn’t walk somewhere, we could take a golf cart. They will come pick us up at our room. The food was good The beach was not good. We couldn’t go to the beach because of Sargasm. We didn’t have small children with us "

The steak at the Italian restaurant was like a Salisbury steak with the consistency of heavy jello. We had to upgrade the premier dining options to access halfway edible food. "We had a great time and would definitely go again. The rooms were large and clean. House keeping came everyday and did a great job, our fridge was well stocked and we would leave and drink requests on a note with a tip for when they restocked daily. All the staff were very nice throughout the resort. The buffet's were good and had a wide variety, and the restaurants were all very good. The beach is Rocky but as long as you bring water shoes you'll be fine, it was worth it for the snorkeling. "
