「We have been pleased to stay at the Old Mill Toronto many times. It is very convenient and close to our son and daughter in law. The staff is always very nice and welcoming. We look forward to our next stay over the Christmas holidays. 」

「Lovely large room. The window view was phenomenal especially at night. Staff was courteous. Especially appreciated to complimentary shuttle to the train station. The hotel was across the road from the “One of a Kind Christmas Craft Show”. Appreciated the close proximity as visiting the craft show was our primary reason for visiting Toronto. 」

「This was our second stay at this hotel, lasting 10 nights. We found everything good regarding the hotel's location and room cleanliness. We especially want to thank Agnes, our housekeeper. She is a genuinely nice person, always has a good smile, and kept our room neat and tidy. On the other hand, we feel parking should not be charged on top of the room price.」
