「Clean, beautiful property with extremely friendly and accommodating staff. Food was decent but super expensive, but so wasn't everything on the island! It was incredible though!」

「I’ve traveled to various European destinations in Mexico and South America, but I’ve never encountered a five-star hotel with such a poorly maintained system. The patio was littered with discarded boards, and the shower leaked. The housekeeping left dirty towels in the rooms, and there were even dead roaches on the floor. My children had bites on their arms and legs when they woke up in the morning, which I suspect were bed bugs. I called the hotel and notified the front desk as soon as I left...

「First time at this property and loved it! Two pools, beautiful beach, excellent restaurant, bar. All workers are super friendly. Lounge chair covers & beach towels supplied.This is a laid back resort. Simple " island" breakfast provided. Snorkel gear, kayaks, cooler, ice provided. Frederiksted is easy walk. Rent a car to check out the rest of the island」

「Friendly and helpful staff, good clean room and located right in Cruz Bay. Unfortunately, our stay coincided with an island wide power outage that lasted almost 3 days and the hotel, like many others, doesn't a backup generator system. The government run utility is known for unreliable service and I feel sorry for the businesses that rely on it. 」

「Wyndham is a timeshare complex. Beware of the sales pitch you will be presented with at check in. There is no breakfast offerings at the restaurant. The restaurant is not affiliated with the Wyndham and the service is very lacking. What is really nice about the stay is the staff. They are very amenable to your needs. The resort is also very quiet and you can always find a beach chair. 」
