“J’ai été franchement déçu par ma chambre lors de mon arrivé. J’avais réservé pour 5 jours. J’avais réservé une chambre supérieur . La chambre était très petite. La douche était brisé et ma fenêtre donnait sous une galerie avec une belle vue sur les poubelles. De plus le ménage était assez moyen. Je trouve les photos très mensongères sur le site. J’ai communiqué pour faire part de mon mécontentement. Le personnel a été très gentil et compréhensif cependant. Comme l’hôtel était plein, j’ai dû……

“Everything was excellent except on the Friday and Saturday night the loud music from the hotel restaurant made it impossible to sleep until after 11.30. Which isn't great when you are jet lagged. Also we left towels on the floor for house keeping to remove. They didn't.”

“Excellent place to stay when visiting Quebec City. The location was within walking distance of Old Quebec and we had access to buses very close. There was a grocery store and many restaurants within walking distance as well. The loft apartment had everything we needed. It was clean. The instructions to get our keys were clear and easy. We appreciated having laundry. We did not have contact with anyone during and didn’t need any during our stay but communication beforehand was very……

“We had a comfortable stay. The staff are helpful. Good breakfast, the croissant and bagel are must try. About 15 to 20 minutes walk to the Old Port.”

“We loved how clean it was. The only issue we had was the listing said EV chargers were available for free. Upon arriving at the hotel we found out that it was only free for Tesla cars. Even though we had the Tesla adapter we were not able to charge our vehicle.”

“Could have a microwave in the rooms. No A/c in the lobby or hallways so quite warm.”
