“我们去奥特莱斯购物，在附近住。这里离奥特莱斯车程大概半个小时。我们一家选择居家型的旅店，因为西餐吃得不行了。想自己做一次。万豪的居家酒店几乎每次都让我们满意。这次也不例外。两个卧室。厨房很大。服务人员很耐心，我们的灶眼没有接上。我们也不明白，去前台问，尽管客服和厨房下班，还是有人上去帮助了我们。 开车不到十分钟就能找到一个很大的购物超市。啥都有，很方便。对我们刚从纽约拥挤的城市出来的人说，简直棒极了。”

“For the most part, there's a lack of customer servicey vibes that you get from a Hilton, for example. The one exception was one employee actually conversed with me. Other than that, check in was finger pointing and sign here. Check out was "put it on front desk". Doesn't bother me much, I need to sleep, and you can provide. “The owner is very nice. Other staff, not so much. In fact, my fiancè was literally yelled at by the housekeeping lady just bc he asked for extra towels!! The TV's don't work too well, one time not at all & there was nothing they could do. Not even change our room. All in all, it's the cleanest hotel around the area for a good price. No bed bugs or any bugs for that matter, so it's a win for me. Use caution if going someplace else (in the same price range) close by bc they ALL have roaches and……
