“Firstly this is anything but a hotel. The property was not as described. No stove, nor oven. Heating seemed a luxury option. It spent more time not working, and on the last day waited 12 hours for it to be turned back on. Owner obviously knew what the issue was! Expedia did nothing to assist in resolving the matter. ”

“The flat was across the road from the shop it had advertised as being on top of À la Morley’s. It smelt awful. We had to purchase our own air freshener. The bathroom has a really bad stench ”

“房間很大，設備齊全，有洗烘乾衣機，小廚房該有的廚具餐具一應俱全，提供的備品也剛剛好，連咖啡茶包也都有，設計我也很喜歡也很乾淨，就在泰特美術館的旁邊10分的滿意。價格也不貴。”

“Great location, nice environment and very very nice and professional staff at front desk, especially Annette and Tamara, always kind and helpful. Location: close to Covent Garden, walking distance to theatres and restaurants, with supermarket in 5 mins walking. Room: bright and neat, with full kitchen equipments and a desk. Environment: quiet at the night, during daytime, you can see sunshine through leafs, it's beautiful, my wife loves it a lot! We will definitely stay The Lincoln Suites……

“離地鐵站非常方便，附近博物館步行至海德公園，哈洛德百貨非常近，房間是歐舒丹備品，廚房.洗衣機.加熱桿，雖然退房當天遇到停水無法洗嗽，但還是對長時間待在倫敦旅行非常推薦，下次一定要回訪!”

“位置很好，离主要景点坐地铁都很近，离地铁站步行5分钟、巴士站步行1分钟；装修很不错，设施很新有厨房洗衣机洗碗机客厅，让人有家的感觉；服务是24小时的，没到入住时间可以先免费寄存行李然后回酒店时打电话给前台开门，这一点非常加分；不满意的是卫生，洗衣机里有上一位客人留下的很多毛线残留，脏得我们没法使用，橱柜里也有没吃完的零食。”
