「It was the perfect base from which to explore Kew and visit Kew Gardens. It is only a few minutes walk to the train and underground station which offers easy access to and from London.

"It is a very good hotel with friendly staff and room is of good size. This is the second time staying here but was very disappointing. We were welcome by a big fly in the room. When I tried to take a quick shower to wake me up for the 0635 flight, there’s no hot water and I had to take a cold water shower."
