“Someone stole my husband's sweatshirt from his room, which was left behind in the closet and has not yet been recovered or turned in to lost and found. I know that no one stayed in the room the night after he left because I spoke with the front desk. Terrible customer service at this hotel. I was told I would be called back and have yet to receive a call-back from anyone there. I was put on hold for a long time this am when I called for a second time. Sad, as the hotel was extremely expensive……

“Nice clean room, breakfast was typical for a continental, nice quiet area and very kind & helpful staff. The pool area was cute & clean. Housekeeping was in our room while we were gone which has never happened to me before therefore my husband threw out our alcoholic beverage for safety concerns.”

“We stayed here just after the remodel finished and were pleasantly surprised. My friends stayed in double rooms and I rented a Casita. Everything was new and refreshed, clean and modern. The staff was SO nice and friendly, but they were very under staffed and doing their best to keep guests happy. I loved the pool, the lobby and restaurant. We will definitely stay here again. ”
