"Not Worth It! - Overall I would give this location a 1/10. During my short stay with this location I came across what appeared to be bedbugs, unclean room conditions, and a real nightmare for anyone staying at this location. Walking into my room I turned on the TV and noticed it was busted however it was late, so I decided to lay down and get ready for bed. Upon laying in bed for only a short time I began to get bit. I pulled back the sheets to find holes in the bed, stains, and remnants of bed bugs in the cracks. Walking through the room you could find where people spit up on the walls, dust and dirt everywhere caked onto the backs of lamps and inside the closets. Homes thought it was going to be a good stay with reviews on here showing 8/10 however when I walked in and saw the walls falling apart, a strong moldy smell, and the only elevator left that wasn’t broken down, opening like it was straight out of a horror film I should have ran. Please do your research and compare the info with the google reviews before you regret it. I’m glad I left and I won’t ever be coming back. "

"Nice overall. A little dated but was ok for our stay. Staff at check in was great. Staff cleaning rooms and helping in the buildings were oblivious to guests. Would walk in front if guests to get on and off the elevator, blacking the walkways with carts. Carts were being used in elevators for guests, but overall they too were nice but you had to be the first to say hello or acknowledge them. We tried to keep todays climate in mind and know how some people treat others, so we were nice and once we showed our politeness they were polite back. "

"The location is pretty good, its near Icon Park you can walk from the hotel to the Icon park. Some things they can improve on is the facilities, like the lights and plugs. Most of it is not working. We have stayed here 2nd time and still had the same issues. For the entire room 2 lights are not working most plugs are not working it only have 4 plugs working which is also not near the night stand. "

"I have visited this hotel many many times all the carpets are extremely worn however they are addressing this with a refurbishment currently three floors are blocked off and the exterior is being painted. The staff are all superb, the beds and mattresses are like sleeping on a cloud, can’t wait for the refurbishment to be completed. The pool area is great and selection of food at the deli is varied & reasonably priced, theres even microwaves & toasters for client use by the cafe. Would always recommend this hotel for its warmth and location "
