“Uncomfortable Stay due to AC Issue. 1/24/25- 1/30/25 Room416 The AC only had a cold mode with no way to adjust the temperature, makes the room uncomfortable cold. As a result, I got a cold after six nights stay. In the first few days, I feel I can get used to it, so I didn’t complain. In the last day of stay, I started to had a running nose. Today is Feb 5th. I’m still in sick. I hope management address this issue for future guests. ”

“If I could give just one star, I would. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is, honestly, because of Sergio at the front desk; he was very friendly attentive and helpful. However, the property itself leaves a lot to be desired. It feels like the kind of place where they just want you to snap a few photos and leave; it smells like a swamp. During the 3 nights we stayed there, there was never any hot water. We reported it, and they would say yes and come right away, but I never actually managed to……

“I was truly impressed by this hotel. It’s really beautiful and feels very private. It’s not super busy and congested perfect for the baby moon that had! Only thing was the beach had some sarcasm as we expected due to the season so mainly use the pool. Only downfall from our experience was not having the menu information for room service and the hotel details in our room, which I notified them about and they never were able to provide that booklet in the room. Other than that we love the gym……

“Very good hotel near the beach! The room was clean and comfortable. You can spend one day totally at the hotel to enjoy the beach and also the nice swimming pool in the hotel. Towels are provided.”

“It was great value. Clean and convenient. Food was delicious . People were friendly. A/C didn’t work well in one bedroom and we couldn’t get TV’s to connect to any streaming service and could not cast.”
