「Friendly staff, well laid out resort. Comfortable rooms」

「It was great value. Clean and convenient. Food was delicious . People were friendly. A/C didn’t work well in one bedroom and we couldn’t get TV’s to connect to any streaming service and could not cast.」

「Wish the staff told us more when we checked in about the resort and restaurants etc, we had to do a lot of guessing and figuring things out on our own. Also wish there was more pool loungers. Food was ok nothing amazing. Also we were under the impression that the resort handled our taxi ride to the ferry that was not the case.」

Had dinner reservations 2 nights, we set those up before we got there and a day in Xel-Ha. If you set Xel-Ha before you go on you vacation you get a good discount. We have used Vacation candy for 3 or 4 years. They make it so easy. I’ll be booking our next vacation return to Cancun」

「Every amenity is available. You will notice that the resort is pristine every where you look. Staff is helpful in a perfect way not annoying. You feel tge staff genuinely wants to make your stay perfect. The studio room come with a kitchenette so if you choose you can cook. There is a queen size bed and sleeper sofa area. Well appointed bathroom. The one bedroom comes with a full kitchen with a dishwasher and eat in living room. King size bed and huge bathroom. Both rooms come with a washer...

「The resort was wonderful. We did a few day trips fishing and to Tulum and my family really enjoyed the freedom to have excursions as compared to an all-inclusive resort. The nearby restaurants were great and there is a supermarket within a 1/2 mile. We loved it and loved the weather.」
