Hard to fault this hotel except the windows aren't in the best condition and TV channels were limited. There is an annoying small step which leads to the bathroom which we stubbed our toe on which doesn't serve any purpose. Staff were very helpful and polite and cleaned the rooms almost immaculately everyday.

Absolutely everything 5 star!!! Staff were incredibly helpful! Location is very central and right next to train. View of the city was beautiful. Rooms were very good size and great quality.
Loved the pool, sauna and gym. I will be back. I have stayed at many hotels in Hong Kong travelling all the way from New Zealand and this is by far one of the best I have stayed at.
