"Such a cute hidden gem! The interior was modern and the lighting was nice and moody. It smelt really clean. They gave us clean towels and water every day. Has a smoking area outside the room. We rented their scooters for 300baht a day. It’s walking distance to the pier that gets busy but really quiet at night. We went to Koh Larn to chill and enjoy the slowness and got exactly that. The owner/family was really friendly and nice ☺️ we had a really good stay for the amount we paid. "

"Excellent location and convenient to work around for shopping eating playing and across the street is the beach always beautiful especially at the sunset time. Enjoy so much while staying in Pattaya and if you feel bored, just go to walking Street and a lot activities there to see and enjoy With friends or local people. Thanks for reading. "Rooms are huge and generally pretty clean. Rooms vary in condition and level of upgrades and the one I stayed in was pretty basic but still nice. If you book, try to book a room on the opposite side of Central Mall and you will have a nice view of Pattaya Bay and the surrounding area. Really enjoyed the huge pool and having massage, restaurant, taxi, tour, laundry, hair and nail salon services available as well as convenience stores on the ground floor was a huge plus.! "Close but not to close... a convenient 7-11 is located in every corner. Thai street vendors with pastries, fruits and meats. Taxi (motorbike) are ready to take you down to the beach or walking street (5-10min ride 70baht). At night the area is quiet and peaceful."

"This guesthouse is basic, which is what I expected for the price I paid. The room was clean and comfortable, the bed was hard but this suited me. The air-conditioning worked well too. The location was right in the heart of the entertainment which was great, the downside of that being the noise if you want an early night, so I'd recommend to bring ear plugs. I would certainly stay here again and would recommend here, great value for money "

"Great hotel in the heart of Jomtien Beach on Soi Welcome. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is amazing & tasty. Rooms are great, good air con, hot shower & fridge. The bar downstairs is very cool. Buy 2 get 1 free Chang Draft. One night there was a birthday party & they let us join it. Had great food. If you come to Pattaya, stay here. It's easy on your wallet & a great hotel. Highly recommend this place. "

"The room was nice, the bed was really comfortable, we had a fridge and the AC worked great. But the bathroom really needs a good cleaning and repairing, the water pressure was less than existing, the shower doors where broken and didn’t close, the sink was disgusting and there was mold in every corner. The people where nice. The small bottle of water for 50 baht that’s just a ripoff! (A small Chang was 60 I believe) "

"Works perfectly for a few hours' sleep and shower before going somewhere else. Steps from the beach on a busy street but not noisy once inside, friendly staff, 24-hour reception and a clean bed. Bathroom was clean enough and had hot water. The mattress was hard like wood, I couldn't do more than 1 night, but I would book again if passing by. You can meet some weird male types anywhere in Pattaya, including the hostel, but I didn't engage in a conversation and they didn't bother me further. As a...

"Front door, your’re right in the middle of the good spots, life 24/24 abd safe. Back door, where i have my balcony, quiet. No noise. No crowd, privacy and calm. Very quiet hostel and that’s what i needed."

"This area is NOT for light sleepers as it is in a nightlife district, however Pasadena is tucked in a back corner and is relatively quiet. It's no frills but clean and comfortable with amicable staff."
