"Our room was mostly clean. The bathroom looked like it had been used without cleaning, bar soap open in the tub, towel hung on the back of the door, and empty TP roll. The tub was slick when showering and it domed in the middle, so it was difficult to keep my footing. The ice machine was not working. The staff were very kind and helpful. "
