"Great location. Clean property. Unfortunately, an interior remodel was occurring just outside our unit. We had to listen to a lot of sawing and pounding late into Friday evening and endure unpleasant paint fumes. We believe the management company should have informed us about the construction at time of booking since it was a planned remodel. See attached photo of the remodel communication to tenants. Had we been informed about the construction, we'd probably have passed on the property. "
