“Best place to stay”

“I would never stay at this property again. It does not match its 9.2 rating at all. The apartment is very outdated, with peeling paint and old finishes. There is air conditioning only in the bedroom, while the living room and kitchen have no air conditioning, making the space uncomfortable. Another issue was that the windows have only metal shutters instead of regular windows, which made us feel uncomfortable and did not match our expectations based on the listing. We booked three nights and……

“The room was clean. The staff were so nice. The WiFi and AC were great. This was my first hostel experience and as a trans masc person I was pretty nervous but the staff and environment was lovely! The only thing that irritated me was that we didn’t stay there long enough! My partner and I stayed in San Juan afterwards and we were constantly wishing we were back at the hostel!!! Gracias”

“The overall property was great and comfortable but be mindful of the potholes going into the property especially if you have low sitting cars. Area is not too far from food locations and other retailer’s ”

“The rules of what is or isn’t allowed is not clear when booking this condo on Expedia. Apparently, you aren’t allowed to have visitors but residents can. It’s pricey for the size of the condo. It’s less money by going to the Otium website and booking there instead. The place was clean and smelled good but I did find one roach in the hallway bathroom. But none after that. The code that was given to us to check in at the gate did not work. The security guard let us in because I was able to prove……

“The team from Expedia should really go see this place before offering it to the Expedia customers. We depend on you and trust that you have done your part before booking your clients. The place is semi abandoned with two out of the four buildings boarded up and broken windows and the place really needs a good cleaning and painting,new roof, power washing exterior and so on. Shame on you Expedia for having this property on your listing 😞😡”
