"This house had everything a family could need for a stay. The kitchen was fully stocked and the beds extremely comfortable. There was nothing this place lacked. We enjoyed our stay and will try to get this place again when we go back to Pagosa springs. It's a hidden off the road gem."

"Clean, quiet, comfortable stay. Host kind of forgot we were checking in, but was able to make the remaining of the check in over the phone and the general stay seamless and accommodating. Especially enjoyed being able to use the hot tub and sauna. We were the only guests at that time. Two locals helped us around the property including breakfast, recommendations, and general conversation. Overall loved it, the town, and will stay again!"

"The 2 bedroom duluxe appartment with a view wasn’t anywhere near as good as the one bed. It’s got an apparent above it so you are disturbed by people walking around /dancing in the middle f the night. The Mountain View was also not a Mountain View but a lake view. Not a problem but not what you were selling. Parking isn’t as good as the one bed duluxe condo either as not allocated "
