“When we booked this room, we had the choice between a double or a twin room. On arriving, we were advised that the room choice we chose only comes in twin (despite the website giving us an option for double). We had to pay to upgrade- which the hotel offered at a discount rate. Despite this initial issue, our stay was perfect. The hotel was quiet and secluded- away from the busy hustle and bustle of the main streets. It was a close walk to all amenities such as food, supermarket, fruit/veg and……

“I loved Sin Nombre, it was safe, quiet, clean, modern and the staff there was extremely kind and attentive. Right across the street was a Bistro that served hot food and if you wanted you could order and they would bring it straight to your villa. The villa's were amazing!! Just as the pictures showed. There was a crossing guard as well to make sure you were safe when crossing the street. They had transportation waiting if you needed to go anywhere. We found a driver pretty fast that we kept……

“The staff is very helpful. They help us to arrange the airport pick up and also the transportation to our next destination. They are very responsive as well. The only down side is the draining system of the bathroom. It is on the slow side and the water can't drain properly inside the shower.”
