Central Sarasota 3 Stars Hotels

"The only reason it doesnt get top marks is that the door to the balcony didnt have a shade and therefore I did not get a good nights sleep. They did upgrade me though. One of the few VIP listed hotels that actually did something for you. I didnt try the bfast. New rooms. You hear plane and car noise. The balcony rooms are nearest to the street. Has to be a better value than the other hotels in the area."

"It is a pretty decent place to stay for a couple of days by yourself when you have something going on and very busy. Otherwise there is nothing to do in this hotel. The pool looks very cloudy and not inviting."

"We had a lovely stay in the Specialty Sundeck Room, and we are already planning to return next year! The staff at the resort were so friendly, the room itself was perfect and comfortable, and the beach was beautiful. We rented a car, but honestly could have been fine without it since there were so many dining options so close by. Seriously could not have asked for a more perfect trip. Highly recommend! "

"The hotel is on the beach, location is really nice. The shuttle to St. Armonds circle is wonderful. Not crazy busy area which was nice, two pools always clean and nice. Ocean is one of the prettiest I have been to. The room was clean but old, bathrooms same just needs updating. I was very happy with it. "

"Silver Beach Resort was a great little resort conveniently located across the street from the beach. The rooms were clean and newly renovated. The resort has umbrellas and lounge chairs set up everyday on the beach as well as a free breakfast. I would highly recommend this resort to friends and family, we will be back!"

"The hotel is in a great location and walkable to just about everywhere in downtown Sarasota. The bed is super comfy & pillows were great. The hotel is generally clean, but there are not a lot of amenities. I probably wouldn’t stay more than a night or two but for the price point and convenience it was perfect. "

"Absolutely an amazing stay! Staff is more than accommodating with a free 3 mile shuttle and free bikes. Check in was a breeze and the room was spotless. Only a few min walk or bike ride to the water and nearby restaurants. Highly recommend!!!!!"
