"We had a great time at the Drury Plaza Hotel. Every member of the staff was kind and helpful. The building had some really cool features too, from the vault doors in the basement to the rooftop lounge. It was very convenient for the convention center."

"The parking lot is well lit and has ample parking. Checked in at almost 2am and the receptionist was very kind. "

"Staff were lovely. Would have loved additional dinning option and outside seating area wasn’t accessible. Received an upgraded room (very kind) — the room itself needed some TLC. The chair was stained and the bathroom needed some additional scrubbing. "

"I like to watch television in evening to relax and it kept freezing up. Very annoying and distracting. "

"I was impressed with the top condition of the room. It was a spacious suite. A bit noisy, but you expect that downtown. Parking fee--at $27 per night--seems high."

"This was only a one-night stay, but it was much to our liking. I mean the thing I disliked the most was the sink faucet didn't extend out over the sink as much as I'd like. A pleasant stay in pleasant surroundings."

"The hotel wasn’t in good shape for a Hyatt. You can’t walk outside from the lobby, you have to go down to parking floor to exit. Strange setup. Why can’t thes fancy named hotels afford a $500 smart tv? None of the hotels offer that option. It’s very strange to me. If you charge $200 a night, you can afford a smart TV for families and kids. I hope the management reads this and upgrade their TVs. "

"Overall the hotel was good enough for our one-night stay. We found the bed to be too hard, but that's obviously a personal choice. The bathroom wasn't perfectly clean. And the parking situation is not ideal (across the street in an open paid lot that didn't offer the usual hotel amenity of coming and going and paying at the end of the stay). There's also not really a covered place to unload at the hotel. "

"We were arriving very late so I called to let them know that we were still coming and would arrive around 2am which was about 40min after I called. The employees manning the valet stand and front desk were at the front door to greet us at 2 am and were just generally great! cheerful, helpful, and speedy all of which was greatly appreciated after hours on the road"

"Property is going through renovation maintenance, be mindful of that. We did get an email from the property a day before arrival. But would have likely affect our decision to stay there if we know in advance. TV was not working, an engineer was sent over, but could not fix the issue. Told us he would be back during our absence so we were not bothered, but when we got back at night, TV was still not working. Person in the front desk was very helpful and gave us a new room. Traveling with a child...

"Not a fan of the open concept rooms where the vanity and shower are part of the bedroom. "

"Parking is valet only and very tight to get in to during busy hours. Bed was a little stiff for our preference but I'm sure it's great for most. Would stay again for an overnight but probably not for extended stays. "

"This is probably the fifth time I’ve stayed at this hotel right next to PPG paints Arena for an event and it’s super convenient to get there with easy parking and the rooms are pretty decent with comfortable beds. The bar in the lobby is also great would recommend it for anyone."
