“I didn't get to stay during this work weekend, due to my boss had a family medical emergency! I paid ahead for two rooms plus the insurance and didn't know until the last minute we were not going to Ann Arbor for this trip. I cancelled thru Expedia, I cancelled thru Spark. But no one would reimburse my Bosses credit card. I shouldn't have to go thru the insurance company to get my money back. We didn't stay, the rooms were open for someone else to stay in, they still could've been filled……

“The A/C was broken, did not function at all; the shower door has high pitch squeaking sound every time i closed it. Everything else is good.”

“入住当天上午一直下雨，计划先到这个已经预定的酒店存放行李。抵达时才上午11点多，接待员工很热情查询了一下房间状态说可以提前入住，意外之喜。早餐相对简单一些，早餐区比较拥挤（另一方面说明入住率比较高）”
