「This hotel is poorly maintained.
The elevators were broken - after parking we had to walk to the other end of the hotel to find a working elevator. There was debris all over the hallway floors- used Q-tips, Gatorade bottle lids, leaves, dirt. (None of which were cleaned while we were there. We arrived early with cleaning staff present and returned later that evening to find the hallway floors were still unvacuumed.) the breakfast was nothing to write home about - powdered eggs, only sausage,...

「The elevator got stuck and in fact trapped a person on July 9th. Leaving from the side exit there was a plethora of cigarette buds all in the flower bed. Now on friendly staff. Everyone was so nice and helpful.」
