"These last 2 times I’ve stayed at this property is always nice. The problem I have is the side door exiting the property which is closest to my room is never locked or secured by a room key entry. It’s been broken and anyone can enter or exit. It’s not safe at all. I always have to keep a look out behind me when entering through that way when it’s late because there’s never any available parking in front."

"Great stay. Even thought it’s right on the Merritt Pkwy, the rooms are well soundproofed. And with the awesome Barcelona right next door you don’t even need to drive for great food and drink. "

"Staff was not engaging, I got a couple toiletries things they charged to the room and took my cash never acknowledge when asked about the charges never gave a receipt for anything including the final stay. Breakfast was nice and confident for our needs "

"2 night stay. Lots of parking which is included. Very spacious hotel friendly staff and everything was clean. Saw cherry blossom trees end of April which was a pleasant surprise. "

"It was a great time and I’m glad we stayed there. The staff was great! The elevators definitely need work on all 3 (very slow, noisy and it seemed they shifted each time you got on)."

"Property is a little dated, looking forward to the improvements they are making to the hotel. All staff were very friendly and helpful. I wasn't lucky at the casino LOL but it was fun and exciting environment. They should offer amenities for the hotel guests maybe separate entrance and parking. It was a little annoying to enter through regular entrance and show ID each time we entered back into the hotel. "
