“Comments below: pretty accurate.The hotel must be split into two, as many there seemed disadvantaged, but were respectful/welcoming. Our room was in the other wing. The rubbish outside does not appear to cause any concern to the proprietors. Inside the theme continues. Nevertheless, the gentleman who served us was very helpful. Carpet inside the room was minging, but the bed linen was spotless and the sink, shower and toilet were clean, although the whole of the loo seat came right off when……

“The hotel was very good quality for the price staff were very polite and helpful, if you needed anything, the room was adequate for what I needed bed was comfortable got a couple of good nights sleeps old hotel and room showed it could do with updating And walls were very thin. I was very disappointed with the very small shower ok for petite people but well built people like me would struggle and did.Breakfast was very good could not fault it never tried the restaurant but the Bistro bars food……

“We stayed for one night only and the reception was friendly. We bought a plug-in air freshener as the room smelt funky. The single bed was uncomfortable. Very noisy at night due to karaoke - but this was the summer in Paignton so I guess it’s normal. Hotel is near the main strip so very convenient. ”
